MICROSOFT TRANSLATOR "CORPUS"

Microsoft Translator publicly releases “corpus,” a set of data to help measure translation systems

Microsoft is always trying to build up the artificial intelligence of their products.
Today, the tech giant announced that Microsoft Translator was releasing a set bilingual conversations to set a standardized test for translation systems.
The ‘corpus’, which is usually a set of written documents and files,
is publicly available for developers to compare the accuracy of their artificial intelligent translating and create higher quality systems.
Christian Federmann, senior program manger of Microsoft Translator,
feels that this high quality submission of French, German, and English conversations will bring up the bar and push the field of conversational translation forward.
You can download the Microsoft Speech Language Translation corpus on the Download Center today.
